Throughout the year we host parties, special events, workshops and outings for those who attend swing dancing on Thursday nights. We will make sure to include these items here on our site, but you can also quickly find out what is going on is by looking on the calendar. You can email us

I was at the Thursday night dance, and saw a few new faces there. There was one man who was an amazing dancer I never saw before. Wonder if anyone knows who he is. Anyway, it was a great time – let’s do it again!
Barb City Swing Connection presents Swing Dancing in DeKalb! Join us on TUESDAY, September 21, at The House Cafe. Swing dance lesson at 7 p.m. followed by social dancing until 11. No partner needed, casual dress, leather-soled shoes recommended; admission $5. Meals and beer/wine available for purchase.
